Delivery options
Veneux works together with PostNL and DPD. Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Normally these postal companies will deliver your package to you the next working day. It can sometimes happen that the package is delayed due to crowds. We recommend that you always follow your track and trace code. If the delay lasts longer than 2 business days, please contact us.
Delivery charge
All orders over €50 are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders below this minimum amount have shipping costs. You can find these costs during checkout. For other European countries we charge a surcharge, which is indicated when ordering.
What happens if I'm not at home?
Companies such as PostNL and DPD will first try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If they are not present, PostNL or DPD will deliver the package to the nearest Parcel shop. You will receive a message of this in your email.
